The Mustard Seed’s Shelter and Community Impact Centre will host a shared Thanksgiving dinner for guests and community members on Monday (October 13)
Thanks to the generous support of local donors and volunteers, The Mustard Seed continues to provide warm meals and meaningful connection to those in need across Central Alberta.
“Thanksgiving at The Mustard Seed is a celebration of community care,” says Laura Giesbrecht, Senior Director of Food Services. “It’s a reminder that hope grows when we come together.”
Each year, The Mustard Seed’s Thanksgiving dinners offer warmth and dignity to hundreds of people experiencing poverty, homelessness, or isolation.
Volunteers, staff, and community members come together to prepare hearty, home-style meals and share gratitude.
