Bristol City prospect and Swindon Town loanee Adam Murphy insists that he and his Ireland Under-21s teammates are “really, really excited” ahead of their Under-21 Euro qualifying clash against Slovakia at Turners Cross.

City midfielder Murphy, who completed a season-long loan move to Swindon on transfer deadline day , and the rest of the young Boys in Green will face Slovakia in Cork on Friday evening as they look to build on a positive start to their qualifying campaign, which got underway during the September break.
