Bhubaneswar : The Odisha Government has effected a significant reshuffle in the IAS cadre, with several senior officials being transferred and appointed to new positions. According to a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department, the changes will take effect from October 13, 2025.

Girish S.N, Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department, will take over as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Department of Mission Shakti, after Shalini Pandit, leaves the state.

Noonsavath Thirumala Naik, Vice-Chairman, Bhubaneswar Development Authority, will join the School & Mass Education Department as Commissioner-cum-Secretary after Shalini Pandit’s departure.
