UNION COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Union County Sheriff’s Office has asked for help finding 38-year-old William Harrell.

Harrell was last seen in the Sharps Chapel area on June 23 wearing underwear and no shirt. He is five-foot-ten-inches and has black hair and brown eyes.

People are asked to call the Union County Sheriff’s Office at 865-992-5212 if they have seen Harrell or have information about his location.
