That's the overriding theme that Coach Steve Forbes talked about earlier this week when it comes to his sixth Wake Forest basketball team.

Forbes said at the ACC Tip-Off in Charlotte that his team can go 10 or 11 deep this season.

"There's not a lot of separation," he said. "And I think that's only going to help us this season."

The Demon Deacons have been in the bubble of the NCAA Tournament, and Forbes said there's a reason they didn't make it and that was tough losses near the end of the regular-season.

"I think we are better equipped to handle all of that," Forbes said.
