14-year-old fell off roof of Central GA business, airlifted to Atlanta hospital, Byron Fire Department says

BYRON, Ga. — A 14-year-old fell from the roof of a business on 224 South Hwy 49 in Byron , according to the Byron Fire Department.

They said received the call around 7:56 a.m. about a teenager who fell off the roof of the business.

The teenager was airlifted to a hospital in Atlanta. Their condition is unknown.

The fire department said they do not know the reason for the teenager being on the roof.

According to tax records, the building at the address is the location of US Technology Aerospace Engineering.

The fire department said that they are not investigating this incident.
