Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to reopen Oct. 13 after annual closure

The Palm Springs Aeiral Tramway will reopening Monday, Oct. 13 after being closed for more than a month for its annual maintenance.

The first tram up the mountain will be at 10 a.m., with cars departing every 30 minutes.

“Our annual preventative maintenance closure allows our team the opportunity to improve the Tramway and its facilities, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all our visitors through the year,” General Manager Nancy Nichols said in a news release. “We appreciate our guests' patience as our Tramway systems and maintenance departments worked to complete all necessary projects. We look forward to welcoming back our visitors to the Tramway.”
