DERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) -- A long-time bar and grill in Dauphin County just announced that it will be closing its doors next month.

The Smoked Bar & Grill, which is located at 1201 West Chocolate Avenue in Derry Township, has been operating in the Midstate for more than a decade.

However, the owners just announced their long-time operation will soon come to an end.

Earlier today, Smoked Bar & Grill announced on Facebook that they have decided to officially close their doors at the end of service on Sunday, November 16.

According to Smoked Bar & Grill, high prices of beef and meat have made it harder for them to charge what they would have to charge to remain sustainable.
