BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) - The winner of the Chilifest Toyota RAV 4 raffle is receiving their brand new vehicle today.

Elaine Flaute, a long-time supporter of the Ronald McDonald House Charities, was the winner.

The prize is an Ice Cap White 2025 Toya RAV4 Hybrid XSE.
