Organizers of the World Naked Bike Ride, and a number of other local groups, came together last week to plan an emergency demonstration—they're hoping to draw crowds to inner Portland on Sunday for an Emergency World Naked Bike Ride to protest the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement facility in South Portland.
