WAYNE COUNTY, Ill. (KFVS) - Johnny Green pleaded guilty to a petty offense of improper lane usage. He was ordered to pay $776 in fines, fees, and court costs; and placed on one year of court supervision.

Multiple charges, including some felonies, were dropped against Green in connection with a deadly side-by-side crash in southern Illinois.

According to online court records, multiple charges, including felonies, as well as a charge of DUI, were dropped against Johnny Green at the request of the victim’s family and for not having a blood alcohol level above the .08 threshold.

Illinois State Police responded to the crash involving a Polaris Razor in May 2024 on County Road 70 North near County Road 425 East in Wayne County.
