GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — There is a long list of things to worry about when going through a cancer journey. Cleaning your house should not be one of them.

Cleaning for a Reason is an international effort to provide free house cleaning for cancer patients going through treatment.

"You never really realize how something's going to impact your life until you're in it," said Jeannie Henderson, CEO of Jeannie Cleaning.

Jeannie Cleaning works with Cleaning for a Reason. They offer two free cleaning services for cancer patients, plus discounted cleaning for six months after that.

"When you're sick and you just don't feel good, that's the last thing you want to do," said Kim McClimans.
