CIRCLEVILLE, OH — The Circleville Police Department responded to a steady stream of calls for service throughout Thursday, October 9, 2025 , handling a mix of routine patrols, complaints, and incidents across the city.

According to department logs, officers conducted numerous extra patrols overnight and early morning hours, including checks on Hillcrest Drive, Watt Street, North Pickaway Street, Atwater Avenue, North Court Street, West Main Street, East Circle Lane, U.S. 23, Clinton Street, Cottage Hill Lane, and South Pickaway Street. All locations were reported as “checked okay.”

At 5:10 a.m. , officers responded to Elm Avenue for a dirt bike/ATV complaint , but the individuals were gone on arrival .
