ALVARADO, Minn. – At Warren-Alvarado-Oslo High School in northwest Minnesota, students learn hands-on career and technical skills to prepare them for future professions and decrease the disconnect between consumers and their food systems.
Jane Wagner teaches multiple courses under the agriculture, food and natural resources career and technical education program, including a work-based learning course. She said these classes offer students opportunities to explore different career pathways and develop necessary skills for future employment.
