TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WSAV) — The Tybee Island Police Department (TIPD) announced that Pirate Fest will be canceled for Friday due to inclement weather.

TIPD said that the festival area has made the decision to remain closed for Friday night.

At this time, there is no additional information regarding the rest of the festival on Saturday and Sunday.
