(WSYR-TV)--Day five of the Marcy Prison Trial focused heavily on the testimony of Robert Kessler, a former Marcy correctional officer currently serving five to seven years for his role in the death of inmate Robert Brooks. The day also involved the testimony of medical examiner Dr. Yekaterina “Katya” Merkulova.
