A Jackson man convicted of murder in a wrong-way, drunken-driving crash that killed a Harper Woods man will spend 30-50 years in prison, prosecutors announced Friday.

Stephano Nabors, 42, was sentenced Thursday by Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Faunce, according to a press release from Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido.

In August, a jury convicted Nabors of second-degree murder, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless driving, fleeing and eluding and driving with a suspended license in connection with a fatal May 5, 2023, crash on Interstate 696 in Roseville.
