BROOK PARK, Ohio (WOIO) - The mayor of Brook Park and his team were in Downtown Cleveland on Friday to present to the Northeast Ohio Area Wide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) . They went over major transportation projects that need to happen to improve the roads around the Browns’ new dome.

However, after the presentation, certain members of the NOACA board, including County Executive Chris Ronayne, made sure to express their concerns and why they can’t, at this time, approve these projects.

“The cart is before the horse here,” said Ronayne.

Brook Park says there are seven major infrastructure projects that need to happen to ease traffic for football games and other major events.

The hope of Friday’s meeting was to secure funding and approval from the NOACA Board.
