Wendy and Eddie Osefo are breaking their silence after their arrests.

On Friday (October 10), it was revealed that the 41-year-old Real Housewives of Potomac star and her husband, also 41, were arrested on multiple felony charges of fraud the night before in Westminster, Maryland. They were each released on $50,000 bond and returned home.

Following news of their arrest, Wendy and Eddie released a statement through her rep.

“Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband, Edward Osefo, are back home safely with their family and in good spirits,” Wendy ’s rep told E! News . “They are grateful for the outpouring of concern and support from friends, fans and colleagues.”
