MOUNDS VIEW, Minn. — The Mounds View Police Department is asking the public to avoid the area around the 8400 block of Red Oak Drive.

The department confirmed a "significant police presence" at the location.

"Please avoid the area at this time to allow officers to work safely and efficiently," said the department in a statement.
