FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation is hosting its annual Harvest Festival this weekend.
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, community members are invited to Salomon Farm Park for a 'two-day celebration of the history and culture of the American farm‘.
The celebration includes hands-on farm activities, visits with farm animals (Highland Cows, Valais Blacknose Sheep, goats, etc.), horse-drawn wagon rides, antique farm equipment displays, on-site concessions, and more.
The event is family-friendly and free, though organizers note there is a $5 per-vehicle parking fee at the gate.
