The remnants of two tropical storms will bring widespread rainfall across New Mexico this weekend. Potential for heavy rain continues into early next week.

Showers and storms are mostly popping up western and northwestern New Mexico Friday afternoon, with a couple spotty showers in central parts of the state. Expecting to see quiet and dry conditions for this evening's events at Balloon Fiesta! The heaviest rain today will fall around the Four Corners, but especially in southwest Colorado. A Flood Watch is in effect for these areas until 6 PM Sunday.
