Trunk or Treat, the annual Halloween event, returns to the East San Gabriel Valley Japanese Community Center, 1203 W. Puente Ave., West Covina, on Friday, Oct. 17, from 4 to 7 p.m.

The event will feature candy, games, crafts, and a Scholastic Book Fair. Gochu Gang, a Korean barbecue food truck, will be there as well.
