The march toward the NBA’s regular season continued on Friday with some of the Toronto Raptors hosting some of the Boston Celtics in Toronto on Friday night.

Toronto sat its starters for its first home exhibition, Boston, already without injured superstar Jayson Tatum, rested former NBA Finals MVP Jaylen Brown, Derrick White and likely first power forward option Sam Hauser.

That meant it was largely a night for Toronto’s prospects to show their stuff, though the youngster most of the fans were there to see, Collin Murray-Boyles, only lasted a half due to a bruised elbow. At least they got to witness long-time Raptor, and new Celtic big man Chris Boucher go off against his former teammates.
