BLAND COUNTY, VA (LOOTPRESS) – The Class A No. 8 Meadow Bridge Wildcats continued their strong season Friday night with a convincing 38-14 road victory over the Bland County Bears.

The Wildcats controlled the game on both sides of the ball, building an early lead and maintaining it throughout the contest.

With the win, Meadow Bridge improves to 5-1 on the year, keeping themselves in the thick of the Class A playoff race.

Bland County was unable to slow down the Wildcats’, falling behind as Meadow Bridge sealed the victory.

The Wildcats will look to extend their winning streak next week when they travel to Richwood to face the Lumberjacks.
