Authorities searching for gunman who shot multiple teens in Sun Valley

A search is underway for a gunman who opened fire on several teens in Sun Valley Friday evening.

It happened around 5:40 p.m. near the intersection of Vineland Avenue and Arminta Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Police officials confirmed that three ambulances were called to the scene to transport multiple teenage boys to the hospital.
