SMITH COUNTY, Texas — Smith County firefighters are responding to a major crash on I-20.

According to a Facebook post from Smith County Emergency Services District 2, the roadway is entirely blocked at exit 271 eastbound.

Drivers are being asked to find an alternative route at this time.
