LEWISVILLE--- As a pleasant Friday evening descended on the metroplex, Max Goldsmith Stadium would be the site for a District 5-6A showdown between the hosting Lewisville Fighting Farmers and the visiting Flower Mound Jaguars football teams.

A back-and-forth to start, Lewisville (6-0, 3-0) grabbed the reigns as the game wore on and turned explosive playmaking, forced turnovers and a rounded team effort into a 49-7 win.
