The Seattle Mariners have punched their ticket to the American League Championship Series after an incredible 15-inning, walk-off 3-2 win over the Detroit Tigers in Game 5 of the AL Division Series.

It was the “Battle in Seattle,” as the team’s longtime play-by-play announcer Rick Rizzs called it on the Mariners Radio Network broadcast on Seattle Sports after Jorge Polanco’s bases-loaded, game-winning RBI single.
