INDIANAPOLIS — When you think of sports in Indiana, basketball is probably the first thing that comes to mind.
But you don't want to sleep on the rise of volleyball in this state .
A new documentary premiering Friday at the 34th Heartland International Film Festival tells the story of the Indy Ignite, Indiana's first professional women's volleyball team. They just wrapped up their first season.
This film gives a behind-the-scenes look at forming a new league, a new team and a new facility, all while building a fan base.
