A house that sold for $725,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Bloomfield between Sep. 22 and Oct. 5.

The area saw a total of eight residential real estate sales during the past two weeks, averaging $605,750, or $412 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 22 to the week of Oct. 5 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

8. $385K, single-family house at 5 Grove Street

A 1,144-square-foot single-family residence at 5 Grove Street in Bloomfield has been sold. The price was $385,000, $337 per square foot. The house was built in 1925. The deal was finalized on Sep. 3.
