CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A cold front crossing the region today brings a wind shift and slightly cooler, or more seasonable, temperatures compared to Friday.

Due to the clouds and a lingering breeze overnight, temperatures are starting much milder this morning in the 40s and 50s.

However, as the wind changes direction to more northerly this afternoon behind the front, high temperatures only top out in the low to mid 60s.

A few upper 60s are likely in far southern counties.

After a bit of rain fell overnight, the rest of the day remains dry under a mix of clouds and sun.

Given the slightly warmer lake water, it is not out of the question for a waterspout or two to develop over the lake today. Download the 19 First Alert Weather App
