OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – An Oklahoma City man is hoping police will find the driver of a motorcycle he says hit him while he was riding his electric bike and left the scene.

James Elix tells News 4 the crash in question happened October 8 while he was riding his bike near Southeast 4th Street and Grand Boulevard around 7 p.m. Elix said he had proper back lights and front lights on the bike. While he was riding, Elix said a driver of a motorcycle came up behind him and slammed into his bike, throwing him off.

"I heard the bike accelerate and boom," said Elix. "It's like, it was so fast and threw me off and they really weren't concerned, they just kept going."

Elix said he remembers a man and woman on the motorcycle, but not any of their specific features. He said he believes the motorcycle
