Well, that was some goddamn baseball last night. . . that I did not see, because my days of staying up for 15 innings of West Coast baseball are behind me. But I’m pumped for those you who did, and I’m pumped for Mariners fans, and I’m pumped for Tarik Skubal, who was still the star of the game despite being on the losing side. Striking out everyone and their mother will do that.

We get a break today to catch our breaths before the ALCS kicks off tomorrow night in Toronto. Talk about what you want and be good to one another.
