A video of two women arguing with a ticket checker and making casteist remarks after being caught travelling without tickets in a First AC coach has gone viral on social media.

The video, originally shared on Reddit’s 'r/IndianRailways' subreddit, shows a Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) confronting two women travelling in a First AC coach without valid tickets.

In the clip, the TTE is heard asking them to show their tickets. “Please show me your ticket. How could you be in a First AC coach without a ticket? How could you do that?” he asks.

One of the women, seemingly accompanied by her daughter, objects to him recording the video. “I respect you for doing your job, but you can’t record my video,” she says, while her daughter stands beside her.
