Two brothers have been jailed after raping and getting their 12-year-old victim pregnant in a shocking case of abuse.

One of the brothers, Patrick Leonard, 23, accepted he had raped the girl at a time when he knew he was HIV positive, but thankfully she did not contract the disease.

The victim, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, became pregnant as a result of Leonard’s abuse. Bradford Crown Court heard that she later gave birth to a child which was proven to be his by DNA tests, reports Yorkshire Live.

The girl was also raped by Leonard’s younger brother Lannee Ksigwa who was 17 at the time.
