The wife of the man killed in a French Quarter carjacking is speaking about the heartbreak she's now left with.

Loved ones identified 60-year-old Uber driver Miguel Stemley as Thursday night's victim. He was a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Advertisement

It comes as police release new images of persons of interest.

Lisa Stemley says she is devastated and numb. It's love and support that have been helping her through the hardest loss imaginable.

"Just so heartbroken and devastated," Lisa said. "He was such a happy-go-lucky guy, a family man."

The carjacking that turned deadly happened, Lisa says, while Miguel was driving for Uber. It's a job he loved.
