Subway ‘sliders’

There must be a way to stop young men and women from wanting to get their thrills by riding on the top of subway trains ( “Girls ID’d in train tragedy,” Oct. 7).

I had a thought: If the MTA can locate a greasy, slimy oil to spray on the tops of the trains, people will not be able to climb up because they would just slip down while climbing.

If somehow they do manage to get on top, they will not be able to stay on as they will slide off before the train starts moving. Better to break an arm or a leg sliding off than to lose a life.
