WHITNEYVILLE, Pa. (WETM) — Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries (SCAS) announced it is set to host its annual low-cost vaccine and microchip clinic for dogs and cats in Whitneyville.

Happening Saturday, Oct. 18, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Tioga County Pa., Fairgrounds, located at 2258 Charleston Road, dogs and cats have the opportunity to get microchipped and/or a rabies shot, according to a release from SCAS.

ACAS emphasized that the clinic is open to everyone; you do not need to be a Tioga County or Pennsylvania resident to participate. Further, the clinic is low-cost, but cash or check only, and no appointment is needed to attend, the release said.
