National People’s Party (NPP) president and Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Saturday held a series of consultative and interactive meetings with NPP leaders and representatives from Nagaland at Naithu Resort, Dimapur.
Sangma was accompanied by NPP national general secretary Paknga Bage, national secretary Saidul Hussain and national youth president Nicky Lyngdoh.
The visit was aimed at strengthening coordination between the party’s national leadership and the Nagaland state unit. Sangma reviewed the party’s activities, interacted with various organizational levels and frontal wings, and discussed strategies to expand the NPP’s presence in the state.
