Lowbrow B-movies are often written off too quickly, denied a fair chance to prove their worth. However, time and again, history has shown that a good movie isn't always a product of a fat purse. Several so-called “cheap” productions have defied the odds to become cult favorites. A typical example is the '90s monster horror, Tremors , which initially failed at the box office due to poor marketing, but later found its audience on home video.
