COLLEGE STATION, Texas ― It's never easy navigating through an SEC schedule, and Florida football will get another significant test when it plays at No. 5 Texas A&M.
The Aggies (5-0, 2-0 SEC) enter the matchup as a balanced team with the SEC's sixth-best offense (466.8 ypg) and fifth-best defense (289.6 ypg allowed).
The game will serve as a homecoming for Florida Gators starting quarterback DJ Lagway, who is from Willis, Texas, about on hour's drive from College Station. Lagway had a rocky start to the 2025 season but is coming off his best game of the season, passing for 298 yards with 2 TDs and 1 interception in UF's 29-21 win over Texas on Oct. 4 at The Swamp.
"He is on a mission to get back to play to his potential," Florida coach Billy Napier said. "So he's had a great week.
