NEW DELHI: Canadian foreign minister Anita Anand will hold talks with her counterpart S Jaishankar and commerce and industry minister Piyush Goyal as both countries move toward establishing a framework for strategic cooperation on issues such as trade diversification, energy transformation and security, Global Affairs Canada announced Saturday. Anand will arrive in Delhi late Sunday for a two-day visit that will see her travelling to Mumbai. The visit comes as a boost for recent efforts by both sides to rebuild the relationship after the diplomatic strife over the killing of a Khalistan separatist.
