CANYON, Texas (KFDA) - The Canyon Lady Eagles secured a commanding victory over the Perryton Rangerettes in a District 4-4A high school volleyball game, sweeping them in three sets (25-13, 25-9, 25-20).

The Lady Eagles showcased a strong all-around performance, with key contributions from several players.

Laney Jones led the offensive charge with an impressive 14 kills, adding one block and six digs to her stat line. Neelie Henson was also a force at the net, tallying eight kills and three blocks.

The setting duties were expertly handled by Brylee McElroy and London Gibson. McElroy dished out 18 assists and served up two aces, while Gibson contributed 10 assists.

Defensively, Aiva Kerr was a standout with three aces and eight digs, demonstrating her versatility on the court.
