MOUNT HOLLY, Vt. (WCAX) - Mt Holly’s Cider Days returned for its 24th year of all things apple.
Guests could try new foods, hear live music, explore vendors and parts of Belmont Village.
The event grew from when the local community would all press apples into cider around the same time.
Organizers say due to drought conditions, the usual stockpile of apples looks a little bit different this year.
“We normally get five bins of apples each year. That we’re running a little light, so I think the apples are a little drier than in previous years. So we are hoping it will last through tomorrow but we may press all our apples today, not sure how that’s going to go,” Jennifer burrows, of Mt. Holly Community Association said.
Cider Days will all wrap up this Sunday at 4 p.m.
