The Indianapolis Colts will likely be facing an old friend Sunday: Jacoby Brissett.
ESPN reported Brissett is "expected" to start at quarterback in place of Kyler Murray, who has a foot injury.
Brissett, 33, played for the Colts from 2017-20, replacing Andrew Luck as the starter in 2019 after he unexpectedly retired during the third preseason game. The Colts got off to a 5-2 start in 2019 with Brissett, finishing 7-8.
Brissett is 7-14 as a starter since his time with the Colts, completing 62.9% of his passes for 4,941 yards with 22 touchdowns, 11 interceptions and an 84.5 passer rating. Looking for a free mini puzzle? Play the USA TODAY Quick Cross now.
