LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Ahead of Big Blue Madness, Wildcats fans flocked to Central Bank Center for their first ever Big Blue Nation Fan Fest.

Hundreds were there this afternoon to show their spirit.

It’s a day to show off your Kentucky pride.

“Go Big Blue! Let’s go. Aye, Jasper [is] making it, we’re going to the championship,” 12-year-old Wildcats fan Tanner said.

It’s also a day to meet the team in person.

“I love Kentucky basketball and I c[a]me to get autographs, whatever, just to see them, I’ll be happy just to see them,” fan Gary Chesser said.

One thing is clear. Big Blue Nation showed up and showed out Saturday.

Due to time restrictions, not everyone was able to get an autograph.
