The 70th edition of the Filmfare Awards took place on Oct 11 2025, at the EKA Arena in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and it was a night to remember. The ceremony was hosted by the iconic duo of Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar , who reunited on the Filmfare stage after 18 years having hosted the awards ceremony in 2007. They were joined by Maniesh Paul who enhanced the hosting experience with his comic timing. With performances by Siddharth Chaturvedi, Kriti Sanon, Akshay Kumar and others of the film cohort, the commemoration of the seven decades of Filmfare was a grandiose event.
