ABERDEEN, S.D. (KELO) -- Northern State picked up a 34-31 upset win over No. 10 Minnesota State Saturday night.

The Wolves build a double-digit lead late in the first half and took a 20-10 advantage into the locker room. They pushed the edge back to 10 with a touchdown late in the fourth quarter before the Bulldogs closed the deficit back to three.

Wyatt Block led the ground attack with 156 yards on 24 carries. He also caught four passes for 81 yards and a score. Daniel Britt ran for 81 yards and one touchdown on nine rushing attempts. Britt and Brock Bagozzi each threw for a TD.

Northern was outgained 226-96 through the air.

NSU (4-2) is set to host SMSU next Saturday at 4 p.m.
