Punjab Governor Kataria bids farewell to three Senior officers, welcomes new Chandigarh CS H. Rajesh Prasad

Chandigarh, October 12, 2025: Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria hosted a farewell function at Punjab Raj Bhavan on Saturday evening to bid adieu to three distinguished officers — Rajeev Verma, IAS, on his transfer as Chief Secretary, New Delhi, and Ajay Chagti, IAS, along with Ramesh Gupta, State Informatics Officer, on their retirement from government service.

On the occasion, Governor Kataria also extended a warm welcome to Sh. H. Rajesh Prasad, who has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of UT Chandigarh.
